The M5099 Juvenile Mouse Adapter is a portable head fixation device specially designed for brain localization experiments of juvenile mice. Its core value lies in providing a broader experimental operation space for researchers, and it has excellent equipment adaptability. It can be conveniently placed on the brain stereotaxic base plate of Maiyue Biology for use, realizing efficient linkage with the brain stereotaxic instrument.
In terms of fixation adjustment and experimental adaptability, the adapter performs prominently: its incisor and nasal clip fixation structure and ear bars all support up and down adjustment within a range of 20mm, and the ear bars additionally have left and right movement function within a range of 25mm. Through multi-dimensional adjustment, the cranial and facial surface of juvenile mice can be accurately ensured to be in a horizontal state, laying a foundation for the accuracy of experimental operations. At the same time, the adapter is equipped with two pairs of ear bars with different angles (18° and 45°), which can better fit the physiological structure characteristics of juvenile mice, improving the stability and adaptability of fixation; the wide operation space facilitates various experimental operations such as craniotomy, drilling, drug administration, and electrode implantation, significantly improving experimental efficiency.
